To run Crystal Reports through IFS Enterprise Explorer you need to install the Crystal Runtime Files in to your client machine.

To run IFS Document Management in Microsoft Office you need to install the Document Management Office Add-In.
As a prerequisite you need to install Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime (Run vstor_redist.exe to install the Visual Studio Tools for Office runtime).

To run IFS Document Management in IBM Lotus Notes you need to install the Document Management Widget for Lotus Notes.
The widget can be installed by performing 'drag and drop' of above link to the 'My Widgets' panel of a IBM Lotus Notes Client.

To run IFS Business Analytics in Microsoft Excel you need to install IFS Business Analytics Add-In.
If you would like to install IFS Business Analytics pre-requisites, run IFS Business Analytics pre-requisites Setup.

To create and update data in IFS Applications using Microsoft Excel you need to install the IFS Data Migration Excel Add-in.
As a prerequisite you need to install Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime.

To run and develop .NET based add-ins for IFS you need to install the IFS .NET Access Provider.

KPI Services requires the SQL Server ADOMD and AMO providers based on the system type of the client computer.
- ADOMD Provider for SQL Server - for 32 bit OS, for 64 bit OS
- AMO Provider for SQL Server - for 32 bit OS, for 64 bit OS
If you would like to install these providers via Microsoft web site, download SQL_AS_ADOMD.msi, SQL_AS_AMO.msi based on the system type of the client computer from Microsoft® SQL Server® 2014 Feature Pack .
